What we belive

We believe in one God. Who is the creator of all things.

We believe in Jesus Christ. Who is the Son of God and is our Lord and Savior. Who, in his living, teaching, dying, and raising gave us the example of love to follow.

We believe in the Holy Spirit. Who guides, strengthens, and comforts us on our journey together.

We believe that the transforming power of God’s forgiveness and grace is available to all – no ifs, ands, or buts. It is not only our hope; but through our witness it is the hope of the world.

We believe we are on a journey with God and each other; a journey with God’s love that lasts a lifetime.

We believe that God invites you to join us on this journey!

What We Believe
“A Little More In Depth”

We believe in the one living and triune God-Father, Son and Holy Spirit -who is Creator, Redeemer and Preserver of all things visible and invisible.

We believe that salvation comes through Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He was born, lived, suffered, died and was raised from the dead as scripture proclaims. The Holy Spirit acts to sustain and empower believers in Christian life.

We believe that God’s grace is at work in our lives even before we are consciously aware of it. Grace prompts us to want to know God, awakens in us a longing for deliverance from sin and moves us toward repentance and faith.

We believe that, by God’s grace, we are saved through faith as God reaches out to us with accepting and pardoning love. We believe that God’s grace continues in our lives to fill us with the love of God and of neighbor. All of God’s grace is undeserved and unmerited-it is a sign of God’s love to us.

We believe that faith in God is all that is needed for salvation and that salvation is evidenced by good works.

We believe that personal salvation always involves Christian Mission and outreach in the local and global communities.

We believe that the church nurtures and serves believers, empowering them to live life in Christ and to serve one another.
